I was a pupil at the â€śoldâ€ť St Cuthbertâ€™s School, and moved in Y4 to this new school. I had so many wonderful memories and quality experiences that I wanted my children to come here too.Â My three daughters had such positive experiences that one is now a teacher and the other is training to be a teacher.
I have supported the school as a fund raiser, helped to establish the PFA.Â I have been a governor for ten years and as chair for nine.
I sincerely believe that as a governor I can help the school continue its successes. and will work towards that aim as link governor for MAGT, LAC, safeguarding and literacy.
I have been a governor at St Cuthbertâ€™s Primary School for approximately twelve years and currently act as Vice-Chair of Governors. I also act as Link Governor for ICT and for Key Stage 2, providing a link between the governing body and staff in these important areas.
In my job, I work with social housing providers to improve services offered to tenants, skills which I bring to my role as a Governor in supporting the Headteacher and all staff to further improve their already very high standards. My wife Sandra and Iâ€™s children have all attended St Cuthbertâ€™s and they have benefited from the efforts of all within the school. I am keen that current and future pupils continue to be provided with an excellent education and â€śDelight in the Goodâ€ť.
I have been a governor of St Cuthbertâ€™s School since I was appointed Parish Priest at St Cuthbertâ€™s Church in 2009. I am the link governor for Religious Education and provide for the spiritual needs of the school and supporting the whole school community as it strives to live its Faith in God.
I have been a foundation governor at St Cuthbert’s R C school for three years and I am also a parent of four children. Three of my children still attend the school and my eldest has just left. I am an active member of the PFA. I am also a link governor for Right Respecting School and Modern Foreign Languages two subjects I am passionate about and I do look forward to French day. Being French I do look forward to seeing all our pupils and sharing my past experiences in France with them all.

I am the Head of Mathematics at Egglescliffe Secondary School and the experience I have gained in education has helped me support Julia and her team and appreciate the fantastic job that they do.
I have been a governor at St Cuthbertâ€™s Primary school for over nine years, as a foundation governor and an associate governor. I am also a member of the support staff team in the school and for the past three years I have taken up the role of Parent Support Adviser.Â Being a parent in school for the last twenty three years and now a grandparent too has helped me to know and understand our families much more and to be able to meet their needs.Â I value and take my role as governor very seriously and feel that St Cuthbertâ€™s is in my heart and this helps when making decisions as a governing body.
I am the Deputy Headteacher at St Cuthbert’s school.Â My first teaching post was in 2002 as a Year 3/4 teacher.Â Â I have predominantly taught KS2, however I have experience across the whole age range. I am currently responsible for RE, Maths,Â PSHCEÂ and PE within school. I was delighted last year to join theÂ forward thinking and dynamic Governing Body.Â Â Away from school I am a married mum ofÂ two and have a love of reading andÂ football.
I have been a governor at St Cuthbertâ€™s Primary School for approximately fifteen years. I am married to Mary and our three daughters all benefitted from the excellent education provided by the staff of St Cuthbertâ€™s.
I am Group Sales Manager for a steel foundry with plants in Bolton and Cairo. I am a qualified mechanical engineer and have been involved in steel casting manufacturing for over thirty years. Â I bring some of my knowledge of manufacturing to the role of Health and Safety Governor.
I have been a foundation governor at St Cuthbertâ€™s since 2011. During this time I have come to understand the dedication of all staff, the love they have for the children and the success they provide in such a caring environment.
I hope to continue to play a part in the continuing success of St Cuthbertâ€™s school and â€śdelightâ€ť in the smiling faces of the children.

I come from RomĂ˘nia, and I have only recently joined the governing body as a parent governor and was delighted to be chosen by parents.Â I love St Cuthbertâ€™s school because the teachers and staff are very good and work hard to do an excellent job in the education of the children.
